Coinc\u00e9 entre les g\u00e9ants alg\u00e9rien \u2014&nbsp;au Maghreb, pour le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.auxsons.com\/focus\/cheikha-rimitti-a-la-racine-du-rai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ra\u00ef<\/a><\/strong> et l\u2019andalou&nbsp;\u2014 et \u00e9gyptien \u2014&nbsp;au Moyen-Orient, pour le tarab et la pop&nbsp;\u2014, le pays voit sa relative marginalit\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e par quarante ans de dictature ayant brid\u00e9 toute expression artistique ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement, embargo aidant, d\u2019une industrie musicale digne de ce nom. Au-del\u00e0 les artistes ayant c\u00e9d\u00e9 aux sir\u00e8nes du Caire (pour le crooner <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salim \u00ab&nbsp;Samy&nbsp;\u00bb Baroudi<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dans les ann\u00e9es 1960 et l\u2019un des piliers de la musique \u00ab&nbsp;gil&nbsp;\u00bb Hamid Shaeri dans les ann\u00e9es 1980) ou de Paris (pour Ahmed Fakroun), la Libye demeure n\u00e9anmoins une terre d\u2019\u00e9coute et de production musicale.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la r\u00e9volution qui met fin \u00e0 la monarchie ayant succ\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la colonisation italienne, Tripoli fait partie des \u00e9tapes oblig\u00e9es des grandes tourn\u00e9es des chanteurs classiques \u00e9gyptiens en Afrique du Nord. Omnipr\u00e9sent, chant\u00e9 par une multitude d\u2019interpr\u00e8tes f\u00e9minins comme masculins, le reggae a n\u00e9anmoins pour figure principale Ibrahim al Hasnawi.
