Grèn Sémé is back with a new album « Poussière », out on November 8 on the label The Garden, at Lusafrica. Music about resistance, revolt and celebration, the « maloya », traditional Reunion blues and the remains the soul of the island. Between dance fever and the spirit of revolt, Grèn Sémé leads us into a touching and sweet journey. Certainly one of the most original voices of the new francophone scene.
On their album, Michael Beaulieu, Bruno Cadet and Carlo De Sacco, the three members of Grèn Sémé, chose to integrate two new members: Germain Lebot on drums and Rémi Cazal on synthesizers and programming. At last, for the eponymous track, Grèn Sémé has invited Gaël Faye for a revolted duo which gives chills.
